Garcia Rock and Water Design was founded by Bruce Garcia in 1991. A native of Santa Barbara, Bruce began the company with a commitment to fine craftsmanship and a vision to share the city’s inherent beauty. He brings 30 years of hands-on experience to each project.

Our company specializes in the design and implementation of truly unique rock and water features, such as Koi ponds, water gardens, waterfalls, lakes and streams. We are as equally comfortable creating from a homeowner’s basic conceptual idea or building according to the plans and specifications of an architect or landscape designer.
